What CruiseLens is

CruiseLens is a free tool from Expeditioner Travel, an independent contractor of Fora Travel, Inc., a Delaware corporation, that reads your answers to a lifestyle questionnaire against a database of ultra-luxury cruise ships and suggests which fit you best. It is a starting point for a conversation with a travel advisor, not a booking service and not advice to buy any particular product. You must be at least 18 years old to submit your details for a reading.

What the reading is, and is not

The ship characteristics are the professional judgement of our advisor, held to a written methodology, and the specifications are checked against the operators' published information at the date shown. They can be out of date or wrong, and ships and their programmes change. We do not guarantee that any ship, sailing or amenity described will be available, or that it will suit you. The reading is not a prediction of your satisfaction.

Bookings

CruiseLens is a reading, not a reservation. Any booking you go on to make through Expeditioner Travel is governed by our booking terms and conditions and by the cruise line's own terms, both separate from this page. Nothing in CruiseLens forms part of a booking.

Fair use

You may use CruiseLens for your own travel planning. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or systematically extract the ship database, scoring or methodology, or use automated means to submit questionnaires. The methodology, wording and design are the intellectual property of Expeditioner Travel. Ship photographs come from the cruise lines’ own travel-partner material or are used under the licences credited alongside them; if you hold the rights in an image and believe it is credited or used incorrectly, tell us and we will correct or remove it. Operator names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the ships described.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted here, and it takes effect as soon as it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country or state of residence.
