What CruiseLens is

CruiseLens is a free tool from [Expeditioner Travel legal entity] that reads your answers to a lifestyle questionnaire against a database of ultra-luxury cruise ships and suggests which fit you best. It is a starting point for a conversation with a travel advisor, not a booking service and not advice to buy any particular product.

What the reading is, and is not

The ship characteristics are the professional judgement of our advisors, held to a written methodology, and the specifications are checked against the operators' published information at the date shown. They can be out of date or wrong, and ships and their programmes change. We do not guarantee that any ship, sailing or amenity described will be available, or that it will suit you. The reading is not a prediction of your satisfaction.

Bookings

Any booking you make through Expeditioner Travel is governed by the booking conditions you receive at the time, and by the cruise line's own terms. Nothing in CruiseLens forms part of a booking.

Fair use

You may use CruiseLens for your own travel planning. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or systematically extract the ship database, scoring or methodology, or use automated means to submit questionnaires. The methodology, wording and design are the intellectual property of [entity]. Ship photographs are reproduced under the licences credited alongside them; operator names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the ships described.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of [canton] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
